If your talking about both of the mods at the same time. then a Trinity Energy Vampire build is the only thing that comes to mind. But Blind Rage is good on frames that need a lot of power strength, like Chroma. Overextended is good on frames that don't have good damage but are just basically Crowd Control frames, Like Loki with a Radial Disarm build or Nyx.For more details:
