Time and Date:: Late afternoon of a Mucky November
Weather:: Humid, down-pour of rain and muddy
Previous Threads?:: First one!
The hot air stuck around the many trunks of tree's as the branches hung with the weight of the rain and fell to the ground in massive clumps of piled mud and slush of dirt. The Forest was crowded with the sound of the rain and rumbling of thunder above and not anything but a few Terrors roamed about in this big down-pour...all except a mad man.
He'd been working on his boat for over a few weeks and had just about finished the deck of it. The sail, sidings, oars, back and front of the boat were not even started...but the boat was massive compared to this tall twig of a man..or that's how he looked anyways. He'd occasionally stop to marvel at his handiwork every now and then. A big smile across his lips even through the rain beating down on his face and washing away the battle cover that he would usually put on his eyes and down his cheeks, the black stuff slipping down his face; either mixing with his outfit or dripping to the ground.
"Hehe..quite a build if I do say so!" He said aloud to himself through the loud rain drenching him all the way through his clothing, but he didn't care one bit.
"Are you happy Thor!?!" He shouted to the sky as a few big drops filled his mouth from the sky. He chuckled after the aftermath of a lightening bolt and loud crack of thunder following afterwards. "Yes! Celebrate!" he cried in happiness as he gleefully jumped of the wet ground..landing awkward and slipping to the ground, still laughing to himself.
His house being in between many trees just a few feet away from the half finished boat he had. Once taught by Hysterian's finest boat-builder, now he too created crafts of his own thought of art in his head. Carved out sides of the boat underneath would allow the craft to float smoothly across the water and from the inside was Floki's secret to help the boat even through tough circumstances; his own pride went into each craft he made..and this one was no doubt the best he'd made. Even with the chanting to the Rain from Thor he still worked and slaved away at the wood to continue his masterpiece.
