Time and Date:: A late November afternoon
Weather:: its too cooooooo-OOooold for you heeere
It had been a particularly busy day. More patients than usual had arrived for treatment today, and she was barely getting everything done. Usually she was grateful for Curtis' help, but he was nowhere near being fully trained yet, so he wasn't much help on such busy days. She knew exactly what she was doing, and it was on difficult days like this that his inexperience shown through. His slower pace and lesser knowledge didn't usually effect their progress drastically, but today, it was holding her back. She couldn't help but think she'd get more done if she worked alone, and she was very close to letting him know that.
"Here, just... just let me do that," she said in exasperation as he struggled with dressing a wound, she took the bandages away from him and wrapped them quickly around the wounded dragon's tail. He stood by uselessly. "Go get me some Chervil," she spoke shortly, trying not to loose it completely. She finished the dressing and waited for him to bring more herbs so she could begin the next section. She watched him from across the room, looking up at the rafters as he looked for the right leaves. With a sigh of impatience she grabbed her stool and dropped it beneath the bunch of dried Chervil. "It's right here," she said sharply, taking down a stem.
As she stepped down from the stool, there was a knock at the door. She let out a frustrated sigh and gave the herbs to Curtis. "I really hope this isn't another patient," she mumbled, heading over the answer the door. Luna put on a fake smile as she opened the door and the cold air came in, but it disappeared when she saw who it was. Standing there was Silvia, who appeared to be grinning despite the fact that she seemed to have been captured by a couple of angry-looking villagers who she recognized as some local merchants. "Found this beast eating from my stock!" one began "And mine!" added the other. Luna felt small as the two men each openly expressed their indignation. She tried to apologize, but it didn't seem to make any difference. The two mumbled as they walked away, leaving her to deal with Silvia.
Luna waited for Silvia to come in before slamming the door behind. The young white dragon made gurgling noises as she made her way toward the humans. Luna scowled at her before turning to Curtis. "Do you hear that?! You're crazy dragon's out of control again! How could you just let her wander off like that?! You know how she is!" she clenched her fists by her side in frustration. She couldn't help but think think he should be taking more responsibility "And you just let me take the heat for it! Didn't speak up or anything!"
