Boneknapper
Physical Description: Boneknappers are similar to Deadly Nadders in physique, except they are two to three times larger. Without their iconic armour they are rather flimsy and weak, with little defense. Their skin is slightly sticky which helps fix bones into place on it's body. Though it mostly gathers bones, it may also collect other things like rocks and sticks. If a Boneknapper has lived among humans or lives near a settlement, it may also decide to use man-made items in it's armour. Some owners of Boneknappers make armour especially for them! Because of this, the appearance of Boneknappers are incredibly varied. No two armour is alike.
Typical Behaviour: Boneknappers are rare, and have achieved almost a mythical status among vikings. Some believe the dragon is an undead dragon zombie-ghost! These dragons are usually a peaceful kind, preferring to avoid danger. But they have incredible determination. They are always looking for the perfect pieces for their armour, and will go to extreme lengths to acquiring them, even resorting to violence. They are usually solitary, few and far between. They have an incredible roar that can travel long distances, which is also their mating call. They only come together in groups to breed.
Abilities:
Boneknappers have a piercing scream. Allegedly the call could crush bones, but so far this has not been proven. They also hurl agressive torrents of fire at their foes.
Boneknappers have the ability to create a sort of armour from the bones of dead dragons, to protect themselves. They can customise it however they want.
Drawbacks:
Without their armour, they are incredibly vulnerable. Their hide is soft and easily punctured.
Some bones are required to perform even simple tasks, like roaring.
Training Methods: If you help them on their quest for bones, you will be their best buddy!
Habitat: They are always on the search for armour pieces, so they have no fixed location so far habitat. They are, however, mostly found around dragon graveyards.
Diet: They like fish.
