Night Fury
Physical Description: Night Furies are sleek dragons built for speed. Their bodies are aerodynamic with few features and smooth scales to increase airflow. These dragons have the largest wing-to-body ratio of all dragons, and it shows. They have two extraordinarily large wings, a pair of fins by their rump, and a pair of fins on their tail. These allow the Night Fury to fly with pinpoint precision and able to control itself in the air at high speeds.
The head of the Night Fury are where most of the features are. The most notable features are it's large eyes, positioined at the front of it's head to see as much as it can when flying fast. The eyes are also large, so that when the pupils dilate the dragons are able to collect more light and see in the dark, when this dragon does it's best. This dragon has no horns, but instead a series of earplates. It can be assumed that they use these for picking up vibrations in the air and able to detect it's surroundings. They are flexible and can be used to portray emotions as well as it's functional use during echolocation. Night Furies also have retractable teeth. Not many people know why that is, but some speculate it is to not only keep their teeth sharp, but also protect them from the shock that plasma blasts create.
To stay hidden in the night, Night Furies are exclusively black in colour, though some variance of hue may occur such as similar dark-coloured markings, they will always be near-black to stay hidden in the sky.
Typical Behaviour: Night Furies are elusive, aerial killers. They are for the most part nocturnal, but can be conditioned to live in the day time. They are very nervous of humans and do their best to avoid them, which comes easy, since they are the masters of remaining invisible.

Diet: Night Furies have a strict diet of fish. Watch out if it eats something it doesn't like, it will spit it out. On fire.
