Time and Date:: 24th December, snoggletog feast
Weather:: Snowing outside
Previous Threads?:: ??
Characters:Ulrika, Grima. Maybe Rilkar?? or Hally, who knows.
------------
Ulrika was postiviely miserable. It was Snoggletog feast, and the entire week had led up to this grand event. Ulrika loathed it. It was particularly worse this year as her dragon had left for the holidays. Her hopes of having a somewhat enjoyable holiday was ruined. Also the time without Timber reminded her when she used to have no dragon.
So, obliged to join in on the festivites, the viking-in-training tried to stay as far out of the fray as she could. She was in a somewhat darker corner of the for once well-lit hall. She was cold being so afar from the fire, but the alchohol in her blood dispelled the sensation.
She only had to deal with this night and the things could start getting back to normal. Normal as things could get before her birthday, anyway. That wasn't long after, and sharing a birthday with Grima was never fun. She hardly got gifts then, either. In the event someone remembered to give her a present, it was either worthless or some attempt to give her a practical gift, but very half-assed-ly done. Last year someone gave her a bunch of twigs they thought she could use as arrow shafts. They were terrible.
To alleviate her misery, she had snuck herself a jug of good alchohol, unsure what it is but enough to make her tipsy after a few mugs. She hoped this night would end quickly.
