Time and Date:: Early January & Early morning
Weather:: Chilly and gray
Previous Threads?:: None
Chewing on scrapes of smoked meat from the night before - which tasted even better with some nice warm ale - Asvora trekked her way through the snow, expertly dodging branches with years of practice and memorization of the landscape. She knew this path the best out of any path she's ever walked, having been following it for years.
The suns rays were still dim as they pierced through the lingering nights fog, making the quiet forest appear creepy. And it truly was quiet, with no early birds chirping their dawn songs the only sound she could hear besides the snow crunching beneath her feet was the slightest rustle as the wind brushed past branches heavy with snow.
"Wonder if I'll see a few Tidal class dragons again." Asvora wondered out loud. Looking up toward the sky, she didn't see a patch of ice and as soon as her foot landed, slid to land heavily on her back. "Ouch!" The ViT cursed as her back thudded heavily against the ground and her bags contents slid all over the place.
She lay still for a few quiet moments before groaning and pulling herself slowly up. The only pain she could thankfully feel was a dull pain throbbing along her back and tailbone. At least the snow blocked her head, she did not want to think of what would happen if she knocked out from that. Considering all the wild animals roaming around.
Slidding onto her knees, Asvora pulled her bag toward herself and started grabbing all her items, counting and listing them off as she went. "Wait..." she murmured searching in the bag again, "where's my notebook and ale. Ugh, if I don't return that I'd be in big trouble." Now where were those two items?
