Species: Human
Description of character: Character would be male, between the age of 20 and 40. Before Hrothgar, the previous chief of Hysteria, died, he chose this character to be his successor as chief and he felt this man would hold the island with the same tyranical and anti-dragon grip that he had the past 20 years. To solidify his would be successor's right to the position, Hrothgar tried to have his 'daughter', Ashaere (currently hiding on Berk under the name Luna), so that she could marry this heir and thus legitimize him. Their final attempt to find Luna was an attack on Berk, as Hrothgar had reliable infomation that she was hiding there.
Baldr however intentionally failed to bring Luna back and after Hrothgar's death made it look like she had died on Hysteria and thus discredit Hrothgar's last order as the crazed actions of a dying man. He was therefore able to gather enough support to outright take leadership of Hysteria, with Hrothgar's chosen heir unable to stop him. Outside of that summary, no other solid information about the character has been decided.
Setup: This could be a character who shows some active opposition towards Baldr, who usurped his 'rightful' succession to chief-hood after Hrothgar died. Also he could be continuing his hunt for Ashaere who he might think is on Berk as Hrothgar had said. The latter plot would require Cym's involvement as she plays Luna. Basically he could hold any role of villain against Baldr or Luna.
Player: Open to anyone other than Pime2 or Cym really (as they both have characters who would interact with this character eventually)
