GENDER & SEXUALITY: Edana is a female with a sexual inclination towards males, however she is a tom-boy


LIKES:

• Edana has a thirst for knowledge
• She likes to try each and every weapon she can get her hands on, expanding her weapons repertoire.
• One thing that Edana believes no one else knows (some may have caught her on occasion) is that she loves to sing and has a decent voice to boot. Not the best, but decent.
• She spends half of her time playing with the babies or just helping out at the stables.

DISLIKES:

• Being the centre of attention isn't something that she likes to be, but she can put up with it.
• Similarly, she doesn't like crowds very much, preferring to stay in the company of dragons. She feels that this is something she needs to overcome, however.
• Being so high in the sky that she can't see the ground is one of the only things she doesn't like about flying, but she knows that with more exposure to it, she can get past it.
• Edana also really dislikes coconuts.

STRENGTHS:

• With her large weapons repertoire, Edana can just pick up any weapon in her immediate vicinity and use it at least competently if she ever needs to.
• Her knowledge on a wide range of things can also come in handy at times, but can make her seem a little annoying or a bit of a know-it-all.
• As she doesn't like crowds, she's very aware of her surroundings.
• Quick on her feet to get out of a situation.

WEAKNESSES:

• As Edana doesn't like being in crowds, she tends to avoid crowds of more than 3 people and flees to the stables instead.
• When she does come into contact with other people, she can come across as a bit awkward and shy which certainly doesn't help the building of social skills.
• When trying to learn a new weapon, she throws caution to the wind and practices wherever she is, not taking notice to her surroundings more often than not.
• Her biggest weakness is the fear of being embarrassed.

FEARS:

• Spiders. Edana has a deathly fear of spiders and won't even go in a room if she knows that one is there.
• She also has fears of being embarrassed.
• Flying too high.
• Getting lost.

AMBITIONS:

• Though it may seem small to most, this young viking aims to be more social considering how shy she can be.
• This includes actually letting people hear her sing.
• One of her biggest ambitions is to join the dragon riders of Berk, protecting the island from any dangers with her eventual dragon partner which leads onto her other ambition;
• To tame a wild dragon to be her best friend and partner.

SECRETS:

• Sometimes sleeps in the stables because she feels at home there.
• Sometimes, she'll sneak away from the town and watch the wild dragons, studying them.

OVERALL PERSONALITY: Edana is quite the shy young viking which isn't all the common among her people. She much prefers the company of dragons than the company of other vikings, but she knows she'll have to get past it one way or another. One of her favorite things to do is sneak away from the village and watch the wild dragons, watching their behaviors and learning understand they way they interact with one another and their surroundings. When someone can get close to her, however, she will do anything for them. This is no easy feat, though, seeing as she's so rarely around people and if you approach her suddenly, she'll feel as if she's a deer in the headlights.


PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: With her long, brunette hair in a braid, it comes to just about her hips. She refers to her hair as her own little tail. Behind the side-swept fringe, Edana has bright green eyes, though her left eye, has a black fleck in the lower left section. She has a tall, but thin stature covered in fair skin.

HISTORY: Edana was born on the 12th of March 15 years ago and is an only child of Dag and Luned Hildr and is loved by both. They try to encourage their daughter to be more social, but no change is going to happen unless she wants it to too. Her enthusiasm for learning to use as many weapons as she can comes from her father who is a blacksmith. He always told her that versatility will be one of her greatest strengths. The young viking has always seen others with their dragons and the bond that they share, wishing for the same connection between a dragon of her own. Because of this, she's had little interest in human friends because she's never seen that same bond between humans.


WEAPON OF CHOICE: A bow made of ash with Celtic designs covering it.
FIGHTING STYLE: Mostly defensive, but her defense can be quite brutal. If she see's that someone or something is aggressive and keeps coming towards her after a warning, she will shoot them in a joint.

Okay, so Im going to do a walk through of what you have done (I can look at history afterwards) but heres what I suggest fixing or replacing.

- Being around people or crowds is a big thing here. We base that kind of thing on roleplayability - If your character is constantly avoiding people to be with dragons instead, you're going to find it difficult to get a thread going. Make your character a little less shy I'd say - and trust me, I understand if this is like a base principal for your character but we suggest this highly just because we don't want you to create the character then like, never be able to use it. 

- Dislikes coconuts? Middle of the northern sea, if not farther. I doubt they are going to be able to get a hold of coconuts xD

- Considering you already have it in your fears, try finding a replacement weakness for your fear of embarrassment 

- Your personality seems to focus more on things she does, why not focus on her personality for that xD Like is she a happy person, sad, does she have any quirks in her attitude, what is her attitude like towards others
