So far, the trader had had a ... decent time on Berk. But she still needed to work on getting her supplies back up. Starting with her own personal belongings. While normally boots were designed to withstand every day wear-and-tear, hers had taken a beating no shoe should have have to take. And they were falling apart. She had heard talk of some Vikings who would be able to fix her up some high quality shoes, though she had also heard there was one to avoid.
She hadn't paid much head to who it was, and she certainly didn't remember where their shop was. So she would just have to hope for the best and get to what ever shop she hit first. Slung over her shoulder were some wares she had managed to salvage, and figured would be useful to someone who dealt with footwear. She had to appeal to them if she wanted to get anything, and it was going to be a proper challenge now that most of her good supplies were at the bottom of the ocean. Some fine leathers, that she had carefully sorted to make sure any dragon hide wasn't in the mix, a few of her higher quality leather working tools that she had some how acquired duplicates of. And then some interesting other things for good measure.
She trudged along, eyes darting from one hut to the next. So far it was all useless, baker, fishers, one house that had far too many sheep surrounding it. But finally she saw something of promise. "About time." She muttered to herself. Straightening up, she put on her best 'smile' and entered the building. Taking the sack of things off her back, she put it down by the entrance. "Hello?" She called out, though not terribly loud. "Looking for some new boots, heard this is the place to be?" Time to try and work her magic.
